I agree with you TJ

The old horses have been designed with the imagination of a child in mind.
It has everything it needs, a tail, 4 legs and a klicky can ride it, what more do you want.

Of course the klickies of today look more human than the old ones, but when i was a child i never even noticed (i think) that the hands were green, yellow, red, white or whatever.
What i did like and still do were the changeable accessories.

I do love what they make now, don't get me wrong, but you know i was a child in the seventies and my mind is set!!

I know what you mean Sylvia.  I really don't like the printed patterns.  Too much detail on a figure sometimes kills the overall effect.

There's something so appealing and enchanting about the older medieval Playmobil figures.

I almost prefer them to the later ones because of their simplicity and lack of printed pattern. 

You have a fantastic collection, TJ! I aspire to have one as nice as this myself one day, but I still need to get a few more of the old framework and castle buildings.

I like the brightness of your photos, and the old silver parts are really great. Can't have enough of those.
