Changing Time

I've just noticed that I'm still in Daylight Saving Time.  How do I change my time?

it says that it is in the 'Look and Layout' preferences - but I can't find where that is!

Click on one of the drop down options in the Profile link (found at the top of any page) and you will see it linked in the left side navigation within the Modify Profile section  :)
Once you click Look and Layout, the time zone thing is near the top  :)9
