Have none of you looked at the date. Each year in January we get a new catalogue and also a new direct service catalogue. So there are always new items in it and some of the old ones are withdrawn. If you are wanting a special item from the 2015 direct service catalogue check if it is still in the 2016 direct service catalogue. Should it be missing you may just have time to order it.
