Oldest set I see on there is '92, I think.

I still have one of these themed plastic bags from '89 or 90 maybe. I also have 2 canvas bags with a girl i n pink, red beard pirate... And I think a monkey.

Some toy stores had them specifically for playmobil purchases, but I also saw them at playmobil park and fun storess

123 was introduced in 1990 so its probably early 90s.
