I wonder how much shipping would cost of those in the US wanted the car had someone outside the country order 20 or 30 of them and sent here. Like what has been done for some of the unique specials.
what car? There is not much that Europe does not get and I feel like there is even more unique sets distributed? or are you in a different country and you are talking about the green car that we are not sure if we will get as of now ?
It is indeed awful you guys still can't get the green oldtimer on Playmobil-US... ![Undecided :-\](http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/Smileys/classic/indecision.gif)
As FAO Schwarz owns the exclusive rights and complete stock to/of the 5955 Victorian set which also has the car in it - which is why it can't be made available for sale on the PCC - maybe there is pressure not to sell the oldtimer through your DS as long as there are plenty of 5955-sets in US stores... Or could it just be a matter of getting the right supplies from Germany ![Huh? ???](http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/Smileys/classic/huh.gif)
your first guess sounds logically right to me. It may have been a move Geobra also would want to agree to as it would help sales of the victorian super set and keep the special set moving so TRU might want to prepay for round 2 of their exclusive FAO set? Geobra will naturally claim it was a supplies or _____ problem.
I have a feeling it will show up soon enough but it is a pain to deal with when you have to think of scalpers who capitalize on the situation. If the car never gets to the web site then the members in the US have auctions where they start at $35. What I never get is why a brick and mortar store in the US or Europe does not sell at MSRP and ship at cost internationally. They at least are making a sale and just have to deal with a little more paperwork.
