I checked with UK DS and the parts you want are available still for the 4085.  I am putting in an order this week or next week for them and will gladly add a set for you to it and post them on to you.

As regards the weight holder, the weight plate from the truck in the 4010 set, part number 30 25 7920, should still be available.

The small black handles.  It looks as if they come as a set with four black corner posts and a black flag.

As regards the red weight cover, I'm pretty sure it will be available as the 4010 set it was part of has only recently been discontinued.
