The impression I'm getting is that if we allow changes to be made to the map then there's support for this idea as a method to do that.
The real question we are faced with then is whether we are allowing changes or are going to lock in territories as they currently stand, with new people joining the project getting to choose their lands at join time either way.
Should we do a poll on this do you think? This is a community project, and I think we need to have the maximum input we can get on a fundamental question like this one.
