Greetings everyone!
It’s been a while since any updates to the Playmobil City Emergency Services has been seen, but that doesn’t mean there haven’t been improvements or additions on going. This is an update showing the revised 2011 Playmobil City Emergency Services 911 Dispatch Center. There are already plans to update the dispatch main call control switching console with a new one, along with 2 additional dispatcher’s for 2012. There has been 2 additional dispatch consoles & personnel added to the line up during 2011. There are now 6 full time dispatchers per shift in the new PCESDC uniforms, & a constant flow of cadet firefighters during their 6 month dispatch radio etiquette training program, making one of them available every shift. There is always a Fire & EMS dispatch supervisor & a police call specialist supervisor in house on each shift. With the addition of PCFD stations 15 & 25 becoming a reality, along with each PCFD station increasing in size & the addition of 6 Mobile Intensive Care Unit transport ambulances being added, the call volume has increased substantially justifying the additional dispatch center upgrades, current & future. The new main call control switching console awaiting DS parts delivery, (items are out of stock presently) is very much needed to maintain a controlled balance between the working dispatchers. These are updated pictures showing the changes to date. I hope you like them.

Awesome, BB! Good to see your work again! Nice choice of new uniforms for the dispatchers. ;) And I always love all the information you give on how everything operates and how it is manned. Very helpful for those of us who might not know what we are looking at otherwise. ;D

Thank you for your positive reviews everyone!
To answer your question, Panos, the dispatcher uniforms are from the 5952 Ambulance crews, with several employees receiving some tailoring (customization) ;).

I love your up-grades  . Can I work for your EMS department?
-
Btw, I love your little platforms for the computers. Are they hand made? And did you have those on the last version and I just forgot?

Your avatar will always have a job with PCEMS when ever I can get copy of it's head, because your uniform will be different due to strict PCEMS policies.

Yes, they are, & they used to be clear, but the upgrades called for them to be changed.

Thank you Ryan! I too like to see fellow collectors projects. My next project will hopefully be showing my completed PCFD Districts 1 & 2 being finally displayed. I'm still working on some items, but bonniebeth has seen pictures of most of it & she can vouch for PCFD's current size ;D! BTW, your avatar always has a job with our emergency service system!

I don't mind you asking at all Ryan. They are actually printed on to the figures from the factory in the new 5952 Ambulance set. I have been inquiring on a custom decal producing shop doing some custom PM decals for me & it looks very promising :)9.
