That's amazing.  There was someone on Playmoboard in France who produced his own Playmobil stamps.

That was Freddo - I am lucky enough to have a dinosaur stamp by him :)

Do you know if this is an official item, Andi?
It certainly looks like it has been professionally produced. 8-)

It says Fun Park on the stamp so I'm wondering if there is some kind of vending machine with stamps where kids can play "post office" or something similar.

Neat design, looks like it could be part of the new Western theme area they have created. :)

By 'official' I meant made by Playmobil rather than a fan item. ;D

Makes me wonder though if there will ever be a real German stamp featuring Playmobil figures as part of the design. ;)

In the U.S. at least, it would be possible to create your own Playmobil stamp here. (http://www.zazzle.com/stamps/)

It would not be an "official" US Postal Service stamp, but it would be real postage and you could mail real letters with them!

That's incredible, Henry ...

I had no idea that we could create our very own postage in the USA ... :)

Thank you very much for the link.

All the best,
Richard

The Royal Mail offer a similar service in the UK called Smilers Stamps (http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/content2?catId=3800007&mediaId=3800008#). :)

It's slightly different since you have to still add an official stamp with the money on it next to the one you have created with your own photo.

Here's some more "Playmo stamps" which I created using David's soldier pics last year. ;)
