Hello Playmofriends ,
I had gotten a lot today and this came along. I have been wondering what this piece is, (I'm pretty sure like a roof rack or someting) I just haven't found from what set it might be from. I now have two, and I thought I should ask you all about it.
Thank you,
Baden :)

I'm stumped, Baden. ::) Perhaps the other items in the lot could give you a clue as to what set the part came from.

Hmmm...my first thought was the rack off the roof of the racing van, but it's not tall enough. Then I thought maybe part of a trailer frame, but that doesn't look like it either. My third thought was the frame or rack on a railroad tank car, but that's not it either. Someone's bound to know it

It seems like another challenge for Damo! :D
-
I'm wondering if it is even produced by Playmobil? It looks like some type of building window frame.

I've been working on it for a while :D and I am pretty confident in saying that it isn't Playmobil (although I have been wrong before :D)
The marks and just look of it just don't look Playmo :-\

Not to me!

I actually spent quite a bit of time on this last night. I looked through all the vehicle parts and a few other things, but I didn't find it. It does look playmo-ish to me though.
-
Thank you all any ways. I then just have to use it for like a custom or something! :)
Thank you again,
Baden
-
it does look authentic playmobil to me, but i've no idea what set from
looks like it goes on the top of a vehicle, to hold bikes and stuff (but those are normally black only)
good to see you around, Julian :)

Thank you very much Pingo! I would have never guessed not even with the parts that came with it. There were some steck, two cars, and a lot of extras.
Thank you again Pingo!

Wow, that's why this forum is so great; you never would have found it, because it's not inventoried and it's not even shown in the box picture!

That's why I couldn't find it
I spent ages looking at all parts with the words: rack, car, frame, roof, side, floor, base, support....and more!
I also thought it might be part of a frame for a window or door and tried all those too! What a way to spend a Sunday afternoon
