Title: Playmobil appearance on Grand designs

Anyone in the UK see Grand designs on Channel 4 (9pm) it is on as I am writing this.

The Playmobil 4222 helicopter appeared in the corner of the screen near the beggining for a few seconds!

Nice to see the media promoting a toy line like playmobil!!! Oh and I got 4222 yesterday for 20 euros from the toy shop that was supposed to be closed by now...

Forgot to say 'Grand designs' is a programme that follows people who design and build their own dream homes 8-) Nothing to do with Playmobil, but they would have had to set up for that shot, so it was nice they chose an item of Playmobil to use out of their son's toys :D

We were going to re cord Grand Designs tonight but I haven't got the DVD recorder set up yet.

Oh Gordon, It's a good one tonight! - the people are building an underground house 8-)

BTW, Panos, 20 Euros for the 4222 is a great deal. I still haven't got one yet, as I can't justify it when I have all the older ones, but I may get it someday :)

Thanks Damo! It was more like an impulse...I always liked it design and no more knights left at their shops... (you see I got them all....) so why not! I still have not opened it...maybe I won't....we'll see...

Ya, one of the rescue copters appears in a US commercial (Frebreeze, I think). A red version.
