In my struggle to produce a Grand Admiral for one of my (very future) projects I came up with these chaps in the past few days...
from left to right, an army general, a navy captain, a royal guard colonel, a royal guard lieutenant, army lieutenant.

Well done! Do they replace your earlier officers?
What kind of future project are you thinking about?
-
Glad you like them Ali Baba!!
I've been thinking about two opposing forces with army and navy. The Groups are the basic ones that playmobil is using...English red coats and navy on one side, French army/navy on the other... still have not settled on the scenario, but I was hopping for a huge battle between the two sides.....
I need a Grand Admiral, thats for sure...As for these new officers, yes they do replace the previous ones....apart from the admiral...

Just remember to properly accessorize him… (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Admiral_Thrawn)
Seriously, I have this belt rig for you to consider; The shoulder belt of 3Ø ØØ 536Ø/3Ø ØØ 537Ø (red and blond haired Confederate soldiers) with a 3Ø Ø8 341Ø (black shoulder cutlass sheath) and hung on the left side and 3Ø Ø8 465Ø black holster.

Thank you for your suggestions Andy I like the character of Grand Admiral Thrawn so much, I really enjoyed him at the Shadows of the Empire!!!
But unfortunatley, I do not like too many belts overlaping.. Especially black is not a colour I would consider for my Grand Admiral....

Ah, yes… Overlapping belts look terrible. As soon as I get a certain e-mail, I’ll show you what they look like.;)

@ Andy!! Yes this is more like it!!! Great job!!! Hmmm I'll try it (maybe not for my admiral)...Although it involves a lot of cutting and glueing...

Cutting and wire tying, actually. I tried gluing, but it never really worked (the pieces keep coming apart).
Shame I can’t find someone who could make these as parts… I actually have a version that has the knife sheath (in the back), sword sheath (left side of body) and holster (right side of body). Unfortunately, the only one I made is currently on Lady Captain, and she’s somewhere in a locker in Redding (2ØØ miles away)…:(
