Title: playmobil heads

playmobil is making the figures heads the same way as it made the head of the first playmobil klickys??
 
many times the first playmobil klicky's smiles and eyes were erased ,something that i think does not happen now,

I believe in the early days the eyes and smile were printed on.  For many years, though, they have been injected with the rest of the plastic to form the head.  If you take the hair off you can see the brown plastic inside the top of the head which forms the eyes and mouth.
