Title: Direct Service

Hi all,
I have been using direct service for a while and am very happy with it...
But I remember that the reason I started using it was to buy a few small parts that had recently been discontinued because I heard that you could buy items that had been discontinued within the last 2 years.
Is that true? ???

Yes and no.  You can usually get parts for items discontinued in the last 7 years, and sometimes much longer.

Sometimes I've been lucky with DS having older parts (discontinued 5+ years).  Call them up and see if they have the particular part(s) you're looking for.

You guys are lucky! Playmobil Hellas does not keep stock of, or sell, individual accessories. Once i tried contacting playmobil UK and they redirected me back to playmobil hellas.... >:(. Would it be possible to order from other DS, like germany or denmark? Does anybody know?

Contact Germany DS as they may supply.

Possibly.  I've had "discontinued" items go back into stock after six months or so.
