That is the type of truck I wish Playmobil would make. Yours looks really good and I do recognize some of the parts. I think the main part is made form the snub nose rig and the rest does not look familiar.

I used the truck ref 3613
I cut the chassis and I adjusted the nose of a truck friction
I adjusted the rear part of the same truck friction
I kept the truck cab and chassis playmobil
