Title: Episode 2 of Ladyarms Luke and Gentlemen George

Our heroes have been surprised by a trio of hideous zombified Ghost pirates!

Quick as two startled pirates can, they whip out their weapons.
George fires his pistols...click...click...darn, he forgot to reload these one-shot weapons!
If only the Playmobil animators had remembered this.

George notices a lever near his feet, that he hadn't noticed before. He leaps forward, and...

Ka-BLOINK!   The trapdoor the ZGPs had appeared from slams shut again, trapping them below deck.

George stands on top of the trapdoor to hold it shut, while Luke manouveres one of the ship's cannons round, and points it at the poop deck.

BOOM! The cannon roars, and clouds of gunsmoke billow forth.
George: Watch it, Luke! I nearly pooped myself!

When the smoke clears, Luke and George can see that a corner of the aft cabin has been blown away, and there is a small dingy tied to the rudder pintles.

Luke jumps in and takes the oars, while George reloads his pistols and covers the deck hatch, in case the ZGPs reappear.

Tying the rudder to send the ghost ship off on the wrong course, George jumps in, and our two heroes start the long row towards the Blue Box Rocks, and the next stage of their adventure.

Luke: Huff-puff! Sit down you idiot, you're rocking the boat!
George: Hah, you row like a girl!
Luke: What do you expect, when they gave me these ladyarms?

Great story Martin. How will the ascend the sheer cliffs of Blue Box Rocks? Will they find sustenance? Will the pirates be annoyed by having to replace the cabin wall yet again?

Hi Martin  :elf:

I too was thinking how annoyed those immortal pirates will be not only when they finally get out but that their ship now has a large new window. I see the stranded sailors are headed for not only a blue box island but it looks like it may be the birth place of those immortal sailors & theirs. I think there is also something held captive in a plastic bag prison on top. Somebody need to free them as they maybe running out of air.

I love the special effect of the cannon smoke.  Simple yet effective!   :wow:

I await with great anticipation the next installment!

Great fun Martin! I also thought the cannon smoke was very clever, let us hope the pirates don't climb all the way up Blue Box Rocks just to find out they have been discontinued!  :xmascheer:

I'm enjoying the "aside remarks" from Bill and Gepetto (in Episode 1) almost as much as your great story, Martin ...  :lol:
