Title: My very first DS order...

Hi guys,
I just got my very first DS in it was very expensive (€160 :omg:). And I didn't get that much. Lets just say that steck parts are very expensive through DS! Some parts were missing an others were not ordered. I sent an email to playmobil to rectify that. I finally can use the 20+ steck roof parts that I had lying around.I didn't not have enough connector pieces or windows to fit n the roof parts. Now I have !Hooray!

Congratulations on your order arriving! Your Klicky's are rejoicing too, I see! Now you will be getting post it notes for parts from them to be added to your next DS order, & believe me you will want to order more now that you're hooked  ;)!

Well, if the klickys rejoicing in the foreground were part of your order I would say you did very well indeed!! The secret is to keep ordering and ordering, never enough, never enough! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! 8} 8}

Hi Highland  :wave:

   Congratulations on your first and not last DS order. I remember when I learned about Parts orders from Playmobil and how exciting it was to be able to just order the individual pieces as apposed to buying a whole set . It really set me off on trying to get so many parts that now I can hardly keep up with my list.

Congratulations on you first DS order, Highlandcattle!  Unfortunately, missing and unordered pieces are part of the "joy" ::) of ordering from DS.  If you think it's bad in Europe, try the US. >:(

You're on the slippery slope, HC.  You cannot have one DS order; there must always be others to follow, even if, in theory, they are only to order the parts missing from a previous order.

I've been waiting for completion of my first DS Canada order for months now.. 6 weeks has turned into 6 months...! >:D

   That can not be how your Canadian DS works normally  8} 6 months to process a single order  :o. Was it 10 pages long ? If I had to wait any longer than 4 weeks I would be calling to check if there was a problem.

   Highland that order you put together sure looks like you received some great parts. I can not wait for those Klickies in 4239 to hit the US. The Steck building parts is so smart to get while we can and hopefully Playmobil take notice of how much we like them  ;)

No maybe 2 dozen pieces total for a grand total of $26. I emailed them after I posted that and miraculously the order was ready to be processed and awaited my payment :P
