 Hi
I've decided to venture into Western Playmobil next so here's my very first custom build... A Chuck Wagon! 8}
All I need now is John Wayne and a camp fire!
Emma.

Love it, love it, love it! Your interpretation is great and the detailing as usual is superb, thank you Emma for sharing this with us. :wow:

Excellent attention to detail as always, Emma! Spot on :woohoo:! You are becoming quite fluent in various theme conversions from what I can see! Well done :wow:!

Great work, Emma, a wonderfully detailed custom which really captures the spirit of the old West. :wow: :wow: :wow:

I don't really like the painted look sorry :'(.
But the collection of stuff together looks awesome! :wow:
-
Great wagon you got there Emma.J!!!! :wow: :wow: :wow:

Excellent work, as usual! :wow: :wow:
(I think I watch too many movies, though. When I think of cowboys eating, I can't help but recall that scene from Blazing Saddles. Anyone who does not know what I'm talking about, you really don't want to know; it's a very silly scene, but I laugh every time.)

Your chuckwagon looks great, Emma.J. :wow:
I like the detail in the chuckbox, and in the wagon itself.
The shelf on the side is perfect. :yup:
Wishbone would be proud to serve the trail hands out of that wagon! ;D
Happy trails,
Jimbo
(Wishbone is the cook in the T.V. series "Rawhide".)

btw, how did you do the potatoes and the little things?

:elf: Happy New Year All :xmascheer:
Thanks all for the encouraging comments, I'm having a break from customising Playmobil at the moment I'm itching to rebuild my fairytale palace - I've got huge design plans for it so I'll be having a go at the western stuff at the end of Jan/Feb I think.
 Pirateclick,
the little items are mostly doll's house items, the potatoes and veg are made from polymer clay. Potatoes are small balls of off white clay lightly rolled in dark artists pastels and poked with a pin head to create the eyes. You could do the same with plaster just mix it quite thick so you can shape it and roll in a bit of fine soil!
