As hinted in my other custom rescue air bag debut, this is the new custom tanker leak seal air bag being used on a derailed train tanker car. It attaches to the systems couplings just as the other air bags, & when inflated causes a pressurized patch to seal a rip or tear that may have been sustained during an accident. The other pictures show the HAZ MAT containment teams using the new TJW Industries custom hydraulic rescue tools.

Great piece of work, Bill, and excellent photos of it in use. The straps holding it in place are interesting - are they also custom?

Thank you Gordon! Yes, the straps are custom. I started with decorating ribbon cut it to the desired length, folded the ends, & hot glued them with the rings in position. I used fishing line swivels to make the straps easier to work with.

Thank you Gepetto for the postive feedback as always! You've been in my corner even when it wasn't popular to be there ;)!

Great stuff Bill! I really like the scene too. By the way, what did you use to make the airbags? It kinda looks like black duct tape...

Thanks Ben! You are correct about the outer covering! There are 7 different processes, & 6 different materials involved to make one of the plain air bags, & it takes around 45 minutes for each one now instead of 1 hour. The tanker seal air bag is a different beast altogether!

Hello Bill :wow:
I am really impressed with your new equipment :wow:. The leak sealing kit looks just like the real thing that I was looking at on one of the manufacturer's website's. I think you have done an amazing job on your first batch of custom's and I can't wait to see what you come up with next :).
