Hello All
Here is the conclusion to 'The Mouse Game'. If you have not all ready read (Part 1) it might be worth checking it out first otherwise (Part 2) will make about as much sense as a set of VCR instructions written in Japanese :yup: http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=1667.0 (http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=1667.0). This is the final chapter of the story and answers the question posed to Derrick in (Part 1). I think that by now most of you have your own theory for where the mice came from ???, lets see if you were right :evilplan:. This is what happened in Derricks cell after his door was shut and a guard posted on the outside to listen for any suspicious noises.
Derrick is usually in bed for 7pm and is quite a restless sleeper :yippee:. As a result of this restlessness he tends to toss and turn quite a bit for the first couple of hours. As you can see not much happens for the first hour or so and there are no suspicious noises apart from Derrick snoring loudly :-[.

Then about two hours later everything goes quiet and the sound of trickling water echoes through the cell ::). Derrick is up to something and appears to be listening to the door of his cell :shhhh:. I think he is quite aware of the trap that has been set :evilplan:.

Once he is sure everything is clear Derrick approaches the corner of the room, throws his pillow on the floor and starts to move his bed :evilplan:. I think we can all see now how the mice have been getting into the cell, but what happens next :toot: !!

Derrick approaches his table and uncovers a cup that has been carefully hidden underneath a plate. So that's where the WeetabiX got to, what on earth is he going to do now ? !!

Hmmmm it appears that Derrick has been using crushed WeetabiX to coax the mice into his cell from the outside. I wasn’t aware that mice were partial to crushed WeetabiX ? ??? !!
“SQUEAK SQUEAK “

Derrick pushes his arm further into the hole along with a handful of crumbs. It appears that Derrick is attempting to communicate with the mice ? ::)
“SQUEAK SQUEAK SQUEAK”
I am sure that by now all this rustling and squeaking has alerted the guard on the outside of the cell :omg:.

Its quite clear now where the mice have been coming from and how they are being trained to enter Derricks cell :lol:. The noise and ensuing commotion has also raised the guards suspicion who is now running back down the corridor after fetching the Governor and Jailer :woohoo:.
Is the game up for Derrick and his mice ? :omg: :crossed:

Here is what they were presented with when they opened the door :D. How does he do it ? the room looks as though it hasn't been touched :wow: :clap:. I doubt the hole would even be there if the guards had the presence of mind to check :yup:.
I think we should let him keep the mice :eh?:.

Those mice are so darn cute! :love:
I wonder what else Derrick has been training them to do. :hmm:
If the walls weren't made of stone, he could probably get them to gnaw a hole big enough for him to escape. :lol:

Thank you very much for the kind feedback and for taking the time to reply. As allways your feedback is very much appreciated indeed. I took over 100 pictures for each story and i only use a select few for the final peice. I have quite a few other ideas in mind, if and when i get around to them.
