Does anyone know who this is? I found him for $3 at Classic Plastics Toy Store. There were other treasures but I'll post about that later. TX.

Looks like one of the Train themed figures - from some version of the Train Travelers set 3272 perhaps? The colors and hat definitely fit that theme. It's not from the earliest sets, but from the first of the turning wrist era I would guess. That combo of cuff and collar with the figure style puts it there.

Obtained at the same time as the circus train klicky was this set of clowns, for $4.99. I think they are the musical clowns from 3578, 3553, & 3477. Any comments? They're in great shape - mint condition -with only a little "tarnish" on the trumpet.
