do they put up new parts for a fixed short period or do they take i down only when the stocks have bottomed out?

These hats were available for a short time only. My guess is that they were never meant to be available. Sort of a mistake...

when Tahra says 'some' I'm like expecting  :o
but if youre not composing a rice field scene, or a flotilla of sampans(fishing row-boats), I'll be very keen to see how you use them all  ;)
