Title: Ordering from DS in the US

I'm sorry if this has been posted recently, but I just got off of the phone with the parts department and they are now preferring that the US customers EMAIL them parts inquiries at   service@playmobilusa.com

They say they will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Then - after 24-48h - you will get their typical reply packed in an email:
We are sorry. The parts are out of stock/unavailable...

More than likely!  We will see.  A lot of what I needed in this order is newer stuff so hopefully I'll have some luck.

Just heard back on my inquiry... ALL of these parts are out of stock? Really? ALL OF THEM? We may as well not have parts service... they should have at least given me prices.  >:(

In the U.K. you can go on the Playmobil web site and go to find spare parts and that will tell you the cost and if they are available.
You can then contact D.S and they will order them for you.
Can you do this in the U.S.A.?

try ordering through europe. Many of us order from DS in Benelux or directly in Germany, they have way more than the US DS.
I figure there are many of us nutcases here who will help you out, including me ;-)

Oh and i'm shipping a box to the US soon, so it might help with shipping costs ;-)

For general info I will just tack on here - I heard a while back that the US Parts department is only getting parts shipments two or three times a year. So if it is out of stock it could be 6 months or more before they get any more in. I try twice a year and then try going through friends via Europe.

I needed to order a few parts and the lady on the phone told me to email the list to the service@playmobilusa.com. That was two weeks ago and no reply. Furthermore, I have emailed regarding brand new sets that I have purchased with missing/damaged parts inside that I need replaced. This is getting very frustrating to say the least.

I would try them again.  I went and looked at my last US parts orders (both in 2014) and they were each three days from me submitting my order to receiving my quote.
