Title: Ferris Wheel Motor = Medieval Watermill
Post by: indianapierre on May 20, 2014, 16:10:17
Whoa.

It just occured to me that there is a motor for the ferris wheel.

That means Playmobil is already invested in the mechanical functions necessary for a motorized Medieval-1900s viable watermill.  Imagine a Steck/SysX/Sys?Why? half-timber cottage on a river baseplate.  The waterwheel could be sandwiched between the house and a cliff face.  The cliff face hides the motor.  Inside the cottage is a stone mill!!!

I would tie in my bridge idea, because, well as long as there is a river...

Would also work for a windmill. Would love to see both water and wind ones.

Shoot, at this point for those items,  i could handle system why, as long as they aren't attached to one of those wasteful, add twenty bucks to the price, baseplates... I have a large pile of those...
