To help my British Royal foot Artillery....I plan make a special piece thinking on the British Rockets.
There are various solutions and I choose my favourite.....I hope you like it.... ;D
To make this I use only Playmo original pieces.....some wood sticks for "barbacoa"....and a bit of imagination... 8} :lol:

nice set-up Malone!
are the grey parts sprayed or original?
are those bamboo skewers? if they are...are they a bit too thin for kliky hands to hold tightly, so how did you make them fatter?

Is impossible found this pieces on the correct colour....and if you think on the entire Artillery Battery.....pffff.....for this reason I paint with "brush"....water paint from Tamiya XF-55 for british.....and all the battery have the same colour.
I dont know if this wood sticks are made on bambú....or really is wood....???....anyway, you are rigth, is a bit thin....but.... 8}

I've got a pack of bamboo skewers I bought for something and now use for delicate painting such as the BTCV logoos these definately look the same although I can't see any spiky end, if they are the same I find a Klicky can hold them in certain positions but, that they are not a tight fit in the Klicky's hands if you understand what I'm saying but, that's jsut ym experience :)

Upon looking at the first two pictures, I thought they'd be preparing maki rolls! :lol:
Excellent customs, my friend, I never knew those rockets ever existed. I guess they weren't that common, were they?

This is the first time I've seen your soldiers, Malone, and they are indeed really nicely detailed and beautiful. I don't know the correct terminology but the socks part is really effective and the furry part by the hats are intriguing.
Hmmm, the Tamiya paints seem to have a good recommendation based on your pictures I will try them
