Title: Hello from Spain!
Post by: National Playmographic on January 15, 2014, 13:00:12
Greetings to the community from sunny Spain

Been into Playmobil from the eighties when I got my pirate galleon for christmas. I did play with it at the beach!
Now mainly interested in customizing and building ships, vehicles and dioramas.

Also very interested in contributing to the Playmo3D Project as I was for some time a full time 3D modeller.

Happy new year to you all!

Welcome to the forums, I grew up with the classic pirate ship as well, it was my brothers.  :)

How do you like the newer designs? Personly I think they did a great job on the latest large pirate ship. Such a beautifull shape compared to the old pirate ship.

welcome to the forum. Its great to have more 3D people in here. My kid just brought home a 3D printed skull from Radio Shack that was on display. I really think this will take collecting to a new interesting level. There are so many old parts that are not easy to get but if they were in 3D files we could all print them at our own homes or print shops. You should check out the custom 3D stuff that was already made by cowabounga  at this topic (http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=12049.0)

Welcome from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Yes, that pirate ship.. made me more popular in the eighties! Lot of kids wanted to be friends with me because of that ship...  Hope you have a good time over here.
