I need a really good method (and a fast one) to get this done.
Normally I do one of the following:
1) boil water, leave them in for a few minutes and apply force to tighten the arms holders
or
2) blowdryer approach, heat them up then apply force
Both methods can work but its still a risky job.
Now I've got about 50 frames waiting to get some love and attention and I really want to be able to fix them and fix them without spending hours lol :)
How do you guys restore the old frames?
Note: I'm talking about frames from 1985 and earlier. Not the new plastic stuff, the good old real playmobil.

For older klicky bodyframes, try adding some small bits of fine tape (the kind used for taping paper) inside the armpits.
For tightening the legs, you can try forcing the "bottom"-flap more forwards but that's a bit risky with the old frames. Alternatively, you could again use tape; add some tiny pieces of (invisible or shine-through) tape onto the the "klick"-tabs of a klicky's legs. When the legs are then inserted into the frame, they will hold tight again (depending on how thick the tape was or how many layers of thin tape you applied).
The tape-method takes some time, but I can't think of a real fast way for old frames, besides using force to tighten the armpits and moving forwards the bottomflap.
