Title: Playmobil 5134 current pirate island
Post by: Bas on September 26, 2013, 14:10:38: I have a question about set 5134, the latest pirate Island.
Before I go buy this set. I would like to know the dimensions (cm/inchs) of the largest base plate the set contains.

Seems like a hard one to find a box for storing this one.
This item must be in the top 10 of most difficult playmobil parts to have a box for which it fits in.

I am thinking of buying some Samla boxes from IKEA (http://www.ikea.com/nl/nl/catalog/products/90102971/#/00130129).
Would it fit?

on Playmobil.nl I found the measures: 70x55x28cm (total)

It is big, but very nice.

It does not fit into the big Samla-box I have...

You never dissassemble the island?
