thanks for sharing and joining us in customising armies....I've no knowledge of such periods...I know our klickies have oversized heads and so need oversized headgear but do you think slimmer coloured cords might not turn their 'shakos' into 'tophats'?

Nice I really like the first 2 and the diffeent combinations with the guys in the green robes and purple/pink robes but, the combination of the chest armour and purple robes on the first group and the patterns on the lead guys robes just love it :)

Thank you about your comments guys....
Cheng=Janissaries was the terrorist of central Europe,for 13 century...until 18 century.They were the Elite forces of Turkish army...They were children of the age of 5-13,which the Turkish take them from their families and trained them very hard in battle tacticks,but also grammar..They choosed the strongest and the smartest of the children,and they made great and loyal warriors.It was very crool and evil plan....but as a project was great....
I tryed with slimmer but it wasnt nice

Now I know where the Germans had this idea to train soldiers from children.
This was also the way that the Germans used to create the SS.
I agree with you, despite being terrible is quite effective.

oh, maybe they were supposed to be like wrapped towels and not thin braids...do you have any historically accurate drawings or pictures of their headwear?
