Hi,
my name is Bernd and I live in Germany close to Dortmund.
Soon after starting to play with my son with Lego and Playmobil I realized that both toy worlds were similar in some areas but they were totally different from each other when it came to the possibility of adding 3rd party accessories to the play.
Playmobil was way behind in nearly every aspect when it came to boys play which include several areas like additional and different bodies, heads, armor, shields, weapons and so on.
After doing some extensive search on the internet I realized that only some enthusiast made their own stuff to enhance the Playmobil arena for their own dioramas and/or customized figures. But unfortunately I could not buy any accessories to add it to my own Klickys.
After thinking about this for a while I realized that I would like to fill that gap and try some things on my own. The final goal will be to produce injection molded weapons in areas where Playmobil on there own cannot go because of the own internal restrictions.
You can see and follow my project under plasticlabs.wordpress.com as well as on Facebook under http://www.facebook.com/bernd.peck where I posted some of my 3d printed weapons in the last days and started a group called "Playmobil Army".
By invited to follow my project if you like and post comments what you think.

Hallo Bernd! Pleased to see you here too! Guys, it's thanks to Bernd that I started making my own 3D prints! He even went farther than me, he bought a 3D printer!

Hi Bernd, welcome from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Hope you have a good time over here. I saw on your Facebook account a link to "The Green Man", that a fantastic comic! You might like my comic as well (not so professional as The Green Man, but made with all my love) that's called "The Story of Randolph". Just click on the links in my signature for parts one to three. Part four you can find in the board Story Telling.

HI, glad you found your way to PF. I looked at your FB link and boy are there some great photos in there. I have no idea what is yours and your friends as the whole FB site is not well laid out and confusing, more like a bunch of personal adds than anything else. I would love to see more of your custom work so if you have a diffrent site that is not cluttered with adds or if you could post pictures here I am sure I would not be the only one who would be overjoyed to see.

wow those are very expensive :o
For 20 AK's it would come to almost $80 after shipping :hmm:
3D printing is not affordable at all
My klickies will just have to stick to the $0.25 playmobil guns
-
i am sorry for your high price.
I made a calculation myself and found the price in USD for 20 AK-47 in black colour which is more expensive than white should be no higher than 50 USD.
Where do the products need to be shipped to and have you potentially tried slower shipping options than UPS Express?
Please let me know if I can help.
