Hi everyone! I've been meaning to join for a while, having been a member of a previous board a few years ago. Being off work for Christmas and having a good sort out and wash of my Playmobil has spurred me on, so here I am at last.
Although I have quite a variety of Playmobil, including magic, knights, construction, Victorian, farm and modern city life, my favourites are the trains and I did have a large track set up in my loft. However, my youngest son decided the threat of spiders was too much to bear and nobody will venture up there any more. I bring bits down every now and then, but I do miss having a longer track to mess with.
I tend to buy my Playmobil sets with my children in mind, but occasionally select stuff for myself. I'm into using them rather than keeping them MIB.

Thanks everybody. Elaine, I'm in West Lancashire, quite a way from Pendle Hill - closer to Liverpool really. Walts-Trains: I may well have seen your display, a few years back at a school in Lytham or Blackpool. Is that possible?
