Title: Napoleonic TRAIN?
Post by: Malone on May 15, 2012, 01:22:13
Hi everybody....
Thanks to the new stickers of Bendalator I can make a little group of the "TRAIN D´Equipages"....TRAIN?...."Transport et Ravitaillement de l'Armée Impériale de Napoléon"....They handle all logistical aspects.

Personally, I think they are the ideal type of troops to be attacked by Spanish bandits .... :kicher

I imagine a beauty diorama with a TRAIN convoy escorted by few french Dragoons and....  >:D
Well, I hope you like....soon I make more....the Artillery TRAIN and the healt service..

Beautiful customs!! Those stickers are great!  8-)

"TRAIN D´Equipages"....TRAIN?...."Transport et Ravitaillement de l'Armée Impériale de Napoléon"....They handle all logistical aspects.

I think you mean "CHAIN" -> supply chain = chaîne de ravitaillement
The TRAIN was not in use yet  ;)

Not sure what you're arguing about, so I checked on Wiki. The "Régiment du Train" was created in 1807, so it fits. But it was never named after the engine, the word "train" already existed.
Oh! And nice customs, Javi!  ;)

Hi Hadoque...!!!.....Well, now you understand..... :**:

Basie.....I hope you found a great help with this stickers...wellcome to this world!!!

This days I´m very busy because I´m preparing my move to Madrid....all is crazy and I dont have time to make a diorama....sorry.

But....I found time to make more customs....now of the Artillery TRAIN.....this is exclusif for, and for my taste, one of the most beauty uniforms....on the image you can see together with a Horse Artillery gunner of the Imperial Guard.....to make this soldier I use the Playmobil Special Mongol-blue.... ::)....I think this is the best option.....The TRAIN soldiers use a special colour...."blue de fer".....for the uniforms.
