Hello together,

today I want to introduce myself.

I'm from Germany, and I live close to Cologne (maybe you have heard from "Kölner Karnevall" and the "Kölner Dom")

I've been collecting since my 6th birthday Playmobil , I got some knights from my parents.
Now, 38 years later I have maybe some playmo guys more as usual. 0)

My favourite collecting area is ACW and the English commonwealth army round 1860 till 1880.

I'm looking forward to have a lot of fun here and hope I will get to know many from you.

We have a proverb here, that when one is completely unaware of something "that he/she hears the thunder in Cologne" (Flemish/Dutch: "hij/zij hoort het donderen in Keulen" ,  Deutsch: "er/sie hört es donnern in Köln")  ;D

And also in Dutch/ Flamish: Aken en Keulen zijn niet op een dag gebouwd (Aachen and Köln were not built on one day meaning: you don't have to do it all at once (Right, Hadoque?)
